I have seen Dr. Bhagat 3 times. And each time, he explained me my condition in very detail and what was he going to perform on me on that day and what could be the possible outcomes of the tests and the future plans depends on the test results etc. etc. He made me feel very comfortable and very professional in dealing with my situation. Very friendly, caring and professional doctor.
He listens thoroughly to what I have to say and is very experienced in his work. I have been having steroid injections over the last 30 years and he is, in my opinion, the best I have found. He really knows how to 'hit the spot' and as for giving the injections, I find that I can totally relax, and of course if you can do that, the discomfort (if any) is far less.
In fact, I can totally relax, knowing I am in the best and safest hands.
I have known Dr Bhagat for almost 30 years and know what I am talking about!
Very clear in their description of the procedure and kept me informed of what they were doing
Dr. Bhagt was friendly and put me at ease straight away. He seemed knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, as well as giving me time to process and ask any questions I had. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions and I felt I was in control of my treatment plan.
Dr Bhagat was excellent. He took the time to fully explain the procedure and put me at ease. He was very gentle and kind.
